Job Title: Procurement Officer for General Building Division
Location:  Sunderland Ridge in Centurion
Remuneration: Based on Experience and Qualifications
 
Our client, in the Construction Solutions Industry, is looking to employ a Procurement Officer to join their team in Centurion.

This person will be responsible for purchasing goods, negotiating the best price, analysing various quotations, and assessing quality.

The ideal candidate will have master multi-tasking skills, great attention to detail and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It will be an added bonus if the candidate has previously worked within the construction and mining sector.

Required Qualifications & Working Knowledge:

• Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management or Similar
• Proven experience in managing Supply Chain operations
• Knowledge of Negotiation Terms.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
• Experience using Sage Evolution
• Proven knowledge on Supplier Sourcing Processes
• Advanced calculating skills
• Strong relationship management
