Key Responsibilities Source and procure goods and services in line with company requirements and budget Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and manufacturers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any supply issues Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure compliance with company standards Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
