Product Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all SETA and QCTO accreditation processes including new applications, re-accreditations, and extensions of scope.
• Prepare and submit accreditation documentation aligned with ETQA requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies (SETA, QCTO, SAQA) on queries, audits, and verification visits.
• Maintain accurate accreditation records and ensure delivery teams remain compliant.
• Support internal quality assurance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate on the design, review, and rollout of new and existing training products.
• Ensure content aligns with SAQA unit standards and industry needs.
• Maintain product catalogues and documentation version control.
• Conduct competitor analysis and assist with digital learning transformation.
• Coordinate product pilot rollouts and collect feedback for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in education/training product development or coordination, ideally within a SETA or QCTO framework.
