Product Design Manager

Direct the development and execution of design and research projects for new and/or innovative design ideas and user experience solutions, give our customers the opportunity to respond to their experiences. Gather feedback and review feasibility. Quickly validate or improve your ideas with insight, establish a design framework and operating rhythm that empowers the team to do their career’s best work, Develop the squad’s capability through skills development and coaching, oversee the designer’s learning & development programmes and provide suggestions for training topics based on emerging needs from the tribe, address complaints and key concerns impacting the design teams’ morale and performance, etc.

LucidChart

Adobe XD

Figma

Invision

Personal attributes:

A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures.
