Are you a dynamic, organised, and enthusiastic individual with a flair for managing multiple projects and engaging with people? Our client is seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Coordinator to join their growing team!

In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind new product development projects — from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and ensure every product meets quality, cost, and compliance standards.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. An outgoing, confident personality is essential, as you’ll be liaising extensively with local and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track New Product Development (NPD) projects through all stages – from idea to launch.
• Partner with suppliers, R&D, and design teams to deliver on timelines, costs, and quality targets.
• Manage sourcing of raw materials and packaging, negotiating best value and lead times.
• Maintain accurate records of product briefs, specifications, and development progress.
• Support Sales and Marketing with market insights and new concept creation.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across product and sourcing processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in product development, project coordination, or sourcing.
• Understanding of stage-gate product development processes.
• Experience managing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable engaging with suppliers and customers.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
