Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a

customer-centric Product Manager to join their growing team. The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for our online servicing and ecommerce capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for the tools and features that our customers rely on daily.

You will be the voice of our customers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into innovative solutions that deliver a world-class user experience. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our industry leading products.

Responsibilities will include:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our client onboarding, servicing dashboards and e-commerce capabilities, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Roadmap & Prioritisation: Create and manage a data-driven product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Customer-Centricity: Act as the primary advocate for our merchants, conducting user research, interviews, and data analysis to gain deep insights into their pain points, needs, and workflows.
• Requirements Definition: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements,

user stories, and acceptance criteria for our engineering and design teams.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design,marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful productdevelopment, launch, and adoption.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and products, including positioning, messaging, and training materials.
• Performance & Analytics: Define and analyze key product metrics to measure the success of your products, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field
• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing data-intensive products, such as dashboards, analytics tools, or reporting platforms.
• A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including shopping carts, online payment gateways, and fraud prevention.
• Proven ability to work effectively with agile development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Advantageous experience:

• Experience in the payments industry.
• Product management related certifications, ie: SAFe.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• A technical background or a strong understanding of software development processes.
