What’s the position?

We are currently searching for a Product Manager Europe to join our team, based in one of our offices or working from home office. The Product Manager independently creates, manages and continuously improves our product offering in a group of European countries to support business growth and achieve high guest satisfaction. He/she continuously develops a suitable and competitive product offering, by understanding the existing and emerging needs of our target guest segments and analysing our competition. The product manager owns the product and price setup in our systems, selects suitable partners, drives negotiations of rates and specials and manages partner relationships to help our company and partners work effectively with each other. As part of this, the product manager sets expectations, systematically measures the partners'' performance and intervenes in a timely and effective manner to course correct as needed. In future, the role may entail driving expansion to additional countries in Europe and other parts of the world.

What do we expect from you?

●        You have 5+ years of Product Management experience in tourism, ideally for an international tour operator

●        You have a deep understanding of discerning travelers from Europe, North America and Australia as well as in-depth knowledge of travel destinations in Europe.

●        You feel passionate about creating amazing travel experiences

●        You have strong analytical skills and business sense and are able to multitask effectively

●        You have strong people and relationship building skills, enjoy communicating with people and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. This entails empathy, assertiveness, listening, negotiation, presentation and ideally content writing skills
