Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end‑to‑end product design and implementation, from concept to execution.

• Map and optimise client journeys for efficiency and seamless experiences.

• Apply lean principles and AI tools to streamline operations and workflows.

• Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and finance.

• Use data and performance metrics to guide product improvements.

• Design and test experiments to enhance client experience and product success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in product management or process engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field (postgrad advantageous).

• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).

• Experience with MVP product roadmaps and client journey mapping.

• Analytical, proactive, and adaptable mindset suited to a fast‑paced environment.
