An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap of innovative digital products. Working closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, technical experts, and end users, you will be responsible for transforming business requirements into high-value product features that enhance customer experiences and optimise operational performance. This role is ideally suited to a Product Owner with a strong background in mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and user-centred design. You will play a key role in defining product direction, prioritising development initiatives, and ensuring that every feature delivers measurable business and user value. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals and market requirements. Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features, enhancements, and improvements based on business value and user feedback. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, technical, scientific, and user-focused teams to gather and prioritise requirements. Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that enable successful product delivery. Drive mobile-first product experiences and champion UX\/UI best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies while supporting development teams to deliver value-driven outcomes. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and user requirements. Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support end users and internal teams through product training, education, and adoption initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Honours Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Scientific disciplines, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role. Extensive experience working with mobile applications, SaaS products, and e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of UX\/UI principles, mobile design patterns, and user-centred product development. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software products from concept through delivery. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Experience using Jira and Confluence. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills. Exposure to analytics and data-driven decision making. Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar design and prototyping tools would be advantageous. Experience within healthcare technology, value-based care, or clinical decision support environments will be beneficial. Apply now!
