POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development efforts focus on the highest-value initiatives Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX\/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful product delivery Translate business requirements and customer needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle Analyse product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and enhancements Balance customer experience, business value, and technical feasibility when prioritising features and improvements Drive continuous product optimisation, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with strategic goals Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 3+ years' of Product Ownership experience in Agile environments Minimum 3+ years' working within Scrum teams, managing sprint delivery and backlog refinement Proven experience prioritising and owning complex product backlogs Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements Strong stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams Experience defining product roadmaps and aligning delivery to strategic objectives Data-driven approach to product decisions, optimisation, and feature prioritisation Track record of delivering customer-centric digital products and enhancements Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Business stakeholders This is an opportunity to join our talent pool and be considered for future opportunities with leading organisations across South Africa.
