Product Performance Analyst (Graduate / Junior)

POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Product Performance Analyst to join an innovative team developing world-class consumer radar products. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and execute product testing — recruit testers, manage bookings, and ensure equipment is ready for action.
• Conduct data collection sessions with athletes using prototype sensors and fitness devices.
• Record, download, and verify datasets using internal tools.
• Document test results and communicate findings to project leaders.
• Troubleshoot basic testing and logging issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and developers to refine product performance.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Science, or related field.
• 0–1 years’ experience (graduates welcome).
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fitness monitoring products.
• Familiarity with data management tools.
