SUMMARY:
Supply Chain: Quality and Returns Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Role Purpose

To manage and execute inspection, handling, and quality control processes for returned and imported products, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Level 1 Inspection of Returned Devices
Perform daily inspections of returned devices (Imports: RRP – IQOS).
Ensure accurate assessment and documentation of device condition.
Market Returned Product Handling & Sorting
Manage daily handling and sorting of market returns (Local: OTP; Imports: CC, RRP, SFP).
Segregate products based on quality and compliance requirements.
Conventional Cigarette Container Incoming Inspection
Conduct weekly inspections of incoming containers (Local: OTP; Imports: CC, RRP, SFP).
Verify product integrity and report discrepancies.
Conventional Cigarette Damage Inspections
Perform monthly inspections for damaged products (Local: OTP; Imports: CC, RRP, SFP).
Document findings and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2+ years in quality control, returns management, or supply chain operations.
Familiarity with tobacco or FMCG industry is advantageous.
