POSITION INFO:

Dynamic Multinational organization in the Financial services seeks your sound experience to join them as a Senior Client Propositions and Solutions Manager.

Your experience required is product /marketing specialist with customer focus

They provide and focus on the development and provide secure Transaction technology,solutions and services.

Minimum Requirements :

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Undergraduate degree in business and/or commerce

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in transactional and lending products
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Value Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years Risk & Compliance exposure in financial services
  • Minimum 3-5 years Risk & Compliance exposure in financial services
  • Minimum 5-8 years Product development experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years Income Statement management
  • Project management will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Product Research and Development and delivery

  • Accountable for market research relevant to the client base we aim to service
  • Understands the industry opportunities, current and future trends, market supply and demand, pricing, profit drivers, main competitors and enabling suppliers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of competitors in - their strengths, weaknesses, competitive advantages and disadvantages, formal and informal structures and products
  • Accountable for the effective design, build and delivery within agreed timelines of the proposition products, features and solutions – including scoping, design and implementation of this includes BRS documentation, case studies, test cases
  • Understands the IT landscape for the selected products and features to ensure feasibility for the proposition
  • Facilitate the relationship between various functions that are integral for the delivery of the proposition and solutions
  • Analyse and interprets the customer insight and data in terms of the feedback received on an ongoing basis
  • Continuously ensures that the solution built is aligned and relevant to the client value journey.
  • Remains accountable for the end-to-end client experience.

Product Pricing

  • Establishment and maintenance of product pricing frameworks
  • Collaboration with governance & compliance departments, with due consideration of market trends.
  • Pricing will be done in collaboration with the relevant business support and distribution functions
  • Identify customer/transaction risk and develop mitigating solutions to ensure the structures and pricing are competitive and can meet client requirements.
  • The ongoing evaluation of product cost structures and market penetration versus the cost of product delivery, i.e., continuous assessment of overall product profitability and related drivers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management
  • Ensures alignment between all stakeholders through effective communication
  • Manages the relationships with all internal stakeholders that are part of the solution.
  • Socialises all relevant stakeholders about the solution in order to address any questions and concerns (e.g., risk and compliance).
  • Provide input into Learning and Development as required to support the launch of the proposition solution across channels
  • Go-to Market Works with the change teams to promote the solution with relevant stakeholders
  • Guides the change and Marketing teams to articulate the solution and marketing initiatives required promote the solution effectively.
  • Analyses and interprets feedback received from customers and staff regarding the solution and ensures necessary actions are taken to address issues.

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Ensures the adoption of the solution with the necessary adoption measures that will be tracked.
  • Establishes relevant performance metrics and implements continuous tracking
  • Ensures adequate reporting is in place for the proposition
  • Financial Performance
  • Responsible for the proposition Income Statement (Revenue drivers, cost drivers)
  • Accountable for ensuring the business case is met by continuously track improvements of the feature/solution.

People Management

  • Manages a team (direct and indirect reports) to ensure effective delivery of objectives..
