This role report into the Head of the Department and needs a self-assured Prof with expertise in Valuations and Pricing

POSITION INFO:
This role report into the Head of the Department and needs a self-assured Prof with expertise in Valuations and Pricing

Play a leading role in managing the guaranteed annuity and structured product solutions.

Manage the pricing models
Guaranteed annuities and structured
Collaborate with the valuations
Collaborate with the asset manager teams on pricing models.

Insights into all assumptions and models affecting products.

Monitor actual versus assumed parameters
Provide feedback to management
Judgement in pricing that balances when special quotes are requested
Support as a subject matter expert
Support the implementation teams for any changes from a system
Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes
Keep updated - of competitor products and pricing models.
Monitor of existing solutions as indicator of success / warning of changes
Data integrity and propose solutions where processes
Input into analysis and business insights

Matric and Degree in Actuarial Science and good progress with towards qualified Actuary
PowerBI
4 Years exp in the Annuity space
Budget – 1 Mill but Incentive Bonus on top – Please let me know if you want to discuss it further
