SUMMARY:
Are you a seasoned product specialist with a knack for driving momentum and delivering exceptional results? We are seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join our dynamic team and take our products to new heights.

POSITION INFO:
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for leading product initiatives from conception to launch, driving product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. You will leverage your expertise to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product development efforts, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through effective communication, training, and support initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Statistics
5+ years of experience in product development in insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
