Product Specialist Investment

Investment Operations team seeks a Product Specialist to join them, and who will be responsible for the taking on of new clients and funds, ensuring all the transition process and requests etc. are well managed and project managed!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new client Take-ons, Portfolio Transitions, Take-offs and any updates and changes required
• Responsible with fund set-ups, NAV recon books, fee calculator
• Interface between the BDM and Operations teams
• Project manage and drive all new client take-on processes, ensuring it's done smoothly and across all systems
• Documenting all these take-on engagements and ensure client reports are managed well and ensure good communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification (Finance/ Commerce/ Investments)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the fund administration space, must have good client take-on and off, and transitions experience essential
• High performance culture, so must be results driven with a high degree of client service focus
• Ability to project management well, ensuring smooth management of a process start to end - you are someone who can be held accountable
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Advanced level Excel and related systems experience
• Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure
• Can-do attitude and a good team player
