JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product Supply Specialist will be required to oversee and execute the deployment of resources from international or domestic supply sources. You will work in collaboration with the planning and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of stock shipments to primary warehouses.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain and / or Inventory Management
Previous experience within an exports / exports role (Essential with regards to the paperwork, and processes of imports and exports)
Excellent communication skill set and ability to work under pressure

DUTIES:

Manage import process
Manage and facilitate deployment process
Analysis and reporting of stock availability
Regulatory Compliance
Reporting on non-conformance
Productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders maintained
Liaise with brand companies
Liaise with clearing agents
