Client-Facing Product Support Associate (In-Store Position).

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Support Associate to join our client's in-store support team!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Proven experience in a Call Centre or customer-facing support environment.
Strong technical understanding of electronic products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Computer literacy and operational knowledge of CRM or call tracking tools.
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to high-quality service.

Key responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional in-store assistance to customers seeking support with a variety of electronic products.
Help customers understand product features and usage.
Accurately gather and document product issue details from customers to pass on to the technical support team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and courteously.
Use the company’s support systems to log interactions, track issues, and update case statuses where needed.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely feedback to customers on the progress of their support requests.
Assist with product intake procedures, such as logging items for repair or follow-up, and explaining next steps to customers.
Ensure compliance with service-level expectations and contribute to a professional, solution-focused in-store environment.
