JOB SUMMARY:
Our leading Heavy Equipment Manufacturing client is currently recruiting for a Product Support Specialist Excavators to ensure an specialist support for all Excavator machinery to clients and to upskill all delegates through effective training.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Implementation of various technical/service issues by the dealers.
Getting the dealers to use the
required IT methods available to them. FIRs/Claims/E-Service, etc.
Assist company with technical inquiries and technical problems with machines to resolve product issues
Investigate into field information reports to identify notifications of serious problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified Mechanic / Hydraulic
Engineering Certificate (desirable)
Facilitator Training

EXPERIENCE

5 years Earth moving experience with electrical and hydraulic (Operational)
Troubleshooting and Fault Finding (Operational)
People Management (Supervisory)
