Job Overview:

An established organisation is seeking a Product Support Officer to drive product sales, market growth, and technical support across a regional portfolio. This role blends technical expertise, sales strategy, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies and product growth plans
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Manage stock levels and recommend re-order strategies
Build relationships with OEMs and key clients
Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Analyse market trends and provide sales forecasts
Ensure competitive pricing and supply positioning
Travel extensively for client engagement and market development

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years experience in technical sales / product management
Strong knowledge of industrial or consumable products
Proven ability in market analysis and sales growth
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (high travel role)
