PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR in Planning Department for a Prestigious Company in East Rand, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Male Production Administrator
* Matric
* Technical Background
* Minimum 1-2 Years' experience in an Administration role
* Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office
applications, especially Excel
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Fluent in Afrikaans & English
* Compiling Material planning sheet for all Job cards
* Following up on Purchase order placements in respect of
New orders
* Following up on Purchase order receipts in respect of
outstanding orders
* Support the Senior Production Planner:
Attending to all Administrative related functions
Developing and maintaining filing systems
Ensuring that all documentation/records are filed and updated
