POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and Co-ordinate line functions and ensure that production targets are met according to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure adequate resources are available.
• Manage performance of sub-ordinates.
• Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHE procedures and work instructions.

• National Diploma Production Management / Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years press shop experience in a supervisory capacity
• Extensive technical background
• Quality specifications and systems
• Body shop experience

• Technical concepts
• Production planning process
• Quality specifications and systems
• Consequences Management (Discipline and grievance procedure handling processes)
• Understanding of budget, cost, expenditure & cost saving abilities
• SAP
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Workplace Organisation.
