SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager with a solid engineering background to oversee and drive production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. If you are hands-on, technically astute, and capable of managing both people and processes to ensure high-quality output, efficient operations, and alignment with business goals, let’s connect today.

POSITION INFO:

Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, output, and efficiency targets are met
Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution in production processes
Lead, motivate, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Coordinate closely with design, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery
Monitor and report on production KPIs, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or issues
Implement and uphold health and safety standards across the production floor
Drive process improvements, cost reductions, and best practices in manufacturing operations
Maintain machinery and equipment performance through preventative maintenance planning and troubleshooting
Assist with workforce planning, training, and skills development within the team

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of production or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
Strong leadership and people management skills
Practical understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Collaborative and clear communicator with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting

Qualification:
Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline preferred)
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
