PRODUCTION MANAGER
Ensure SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) and ISO standards in fabrication and welding.
Qualifications
Qualification as a Boilermaker/Fitter with welding exp
Engineering Diploma or equivalent
Management Development NQF level 5 equivalent
Computer literacy- MS packages

POSITION INFO:
Main Duties
1.Strategic Planning/Production Scheduling
2.Resource Allocation -Manpower, Materials & Eqipment
3.Compliance -with BCEA, workplace safety
4.Continuous Improvement -lean manufacturing methods
5.Inventory Stock Control -
6.Inventory Optimization
7.Supplier Engagement - engage with suppliers
8.Risk Mitigation - stock levels
Knowledge of MS Office for tracking projects, analysing data, and reporting.
Knowledge of CAD software for reviewing production plans.
