manage all the resources necessary for optimum production results. This position is based in Brits, North West

Job Title: Production Manager

Geographical area: Brits, North West

Salary range: R 45000.00 – R 55 000.00

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Production Planning
Resource allocation
Input/raw material
Safety inspections
Key Performance Areas of direct reports
Safety Committee and Reporting
Production Planning
Staff Management
Investigation to production back-logs
Eradication of inefficiencies (By Lean management)
Process flow
Quality Control compliance
Staff activities
Output levels

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Diploma in Production Management
Further Business Management Studies and / or Project
Management related studies
5 Years in similar position in feed environment
