Our client in the animal feeds industry is seeking a Production Manager With a strong focus on manufacturing performance and compliance with Quality and Safety rules,

manage all the resources necessary for optimum production results. This position is based in Brits, North West

Job Title: Production Manager

Geographical area: Brits, North West

Salary range: R 45000.00 – R 55 000.00

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Production Planning
• Resource allocation
• Input/raw material
• Safety inspections
• Key Performance Areas of direct reports
• Safety Committee and Reporting
• Production Planning
• Staff Management
• Investigation to production back-logs
• Eradication of inefficiencies (By Lean management)
• Process flow
• Quality Control compliance
• Staff activities
• Output levels

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Diploma in Production Management
• Further Business Management Studies and / or Project
• Management related studies
• 5 Years in similar position in feed environment
