SUMMARY:
Our client in the Plastics Recycling industry, based in the Germiston area of Johannesburg, has an EE opportunity available for a Production Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Manufacturing and Production, ideally a technical qualification or equivalent
Minimum NQF level 6
Business qualification
5 – 10 years’ minimum experience in Production or Manufacturing management roles in an industrial/ manufacturing environment, with exposure to all areas of production and manufacturing
Plastics industry technical knowledge
Computer literacy: Ms Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Scanning the manufacturing environment and demand to ensure best practice is applied

KPAs:

Manage and monitor operational production and manufacturing
Ensuring sound and effective financial management
Maintain positive customer and supplier relationships
Developing operational implementation plans aligned to strategic objectives (Business Planning Management)
Production Technical support to operation
