My client has a vacancy for a production manager with good management skills/experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have a tertiary degree in business and/or project management
Must have at least 5 years management experience in a service-orientated production environment, preferably in the medical industry
Take ownership of the entire production process
Must have excellent analytical abilities to optimise production processes and work with COO and IT Manager to optimize the automation of production process
Experience with injury on duty claims management will be beneficial
Ensure that proper quality control procedures are implemented and maintained
Take ownership of all training programs
Providing feedback to management
