JOB SUMMARY:
We are recruiting a Production Manager in the Farming Community
The Company is situated close to Buffelspoort

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will be a manager with a proven track record and a progressive attitude towards implementing and maintaining standards and procedures on a farm. Must have the following:

Relevant tertiary degree in agricultures and or horticulture
5 Years relevant farm production experience, from land development to harvesting and farm maintenance
Experience with compliance Global and SIZA is an ADVANTAGE.

Knowledge:

Horticulture practices and a technical understanding of fruit production functions
Basic Human Resource legislation, especially those relevant to everyday operations

Skills:

Computer literacy, financial management, people management.

Salary R 30 000.00 + Benefits
