Minimum Requirements

Degree in Production or Operations management
Lean Manufacturing Principles
Computer Literacy focus on MS Excel
IATF 16949 Std
Management principles
Leadership principles
Total Quality Management
Quality Core Tools
Supply Chain principles
Measurement Analysis
5+ years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
5+ Years’ experience in a management role related to automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of automated production systems and robotics.
Quality specifications and systems
Lean Manufacturing principles

Knowledge and Skills required.

Manufacturing process
Report writing and presentation skills
Planning and organising
Production planning process
Quality specifications and systems
Discipline and grievance procedure
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Technical understanding of automation regarding presses and assembly cells
Developing, Implementing and Controlling KPI’s
