SUMMARY:
BSc or MTech – Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology – Essential and non-negotiable.
The incumbent will be responsible for the operation of fermentation plant and utilities, ensuring adherence to the fermentation plan, productivity and quality requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Execute plant procedures to meet productivity, efficiency, food safety & quality targets. This will require continuous monitoring of plant parameters.
The operation of the Fermentation (Upstream, Downstream and Field operators) plant including plant utilities.
Liaise and coordinate maintenance activities on utilities and fermentation plan with the Maintenance and Project Managers.
Carry out problem identification & solving and analysis as well as production planning & scheduling.
