In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal stock levels. You will liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are available on time. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be key in maintaining efficient workflow, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting accurate stock control processes.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12 / Matric qualification, with a Certificate or Diploma in Production, Supply Chain, or a related field being advantageous. Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, will be highly beneficial. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
