SUMMARY:
Our client based in Roodepoort, is looking for candidates with at least two years experience in a similar position in the Pharmaceutical industry

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Safety

Ensure all safety procedures are carried out

Quality

Ensure BMR/BPM is completed in line with the requirements laid down in the documents and all batches that are completed on the shift are checked and signed off before line closrue is done
Reprting any quality issues immediately
Ensuring production areas are tidy and safe at all times and GMP compliant
Ensure the room and machinery have been adequately cleaned and all materials from previous jobs been removed prior to the request for a new job

Delivery:

Managing and reporting on production outputs
- Review information on productivity sheet at least twice per shift
Continously monitoring the batch to ensure any material shortage during production is communicated in advance and ensure that shortages are addressed timeously so that production is not negatively impacted

Morale

Enforce discipline when required
Make the decisions where labor needs to be prioritizedaccross rooms to support the production plan

Requirements:

Matric
A qualification in prodcution would be an advantage
At least three years experience in a similar position
Must have experience in the pharmaceutical industry
