Minimum requirements:

Matric
Experience in Quality Control and Production Supervision
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
Experience: 3+ years in quality control/assurance within cosmetics, toiletries, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Proven leadership in supervising production teams
Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and ability to perform under pressure
