Scope for growth into a leadership\/management role What You Bring: Relevant DEGREE and Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (ASAQS\/SACQSP) Minimum 5-8+ years proven track record in building services and property development projects Leadership, commercial insight, and problem-solving ability Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Must be completely fluent in English and Afrikaans A proactive, results-driven mindset The passion to grow with the company into a senior role Dynamic and keen to grow Must be living in Cape Town or prepared to relocate to Cape Town Must have own transport with valid driver's license, prepared to travel to construction sites as may be required Must be medically fit and willing to work on construction sites Remuneration Salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications, registrations, and post-qualification experience.
