POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional registration with ECSA (minimum 2 years post-registration)
• At least 5 years' experience in the construction industry
• Contract administration experience: JBCC 6.2 essential; NEC 3 & 4 exposure beneficial
• Strong project management and delegation skills
• Experience with financial administration in construction projects
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong formal writing and administration skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Advantageous: Experience in high-complexity or government health projects
• Beneficial: Experience with cash flow projections, PA duties, and handling Auditor General audits
