Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent (NQF7) in Mining, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Occupational Health and Safety or related mining industry fields.

5 years` post graduate experience (excluding graduate training) in the mining industry
2 years'' experience in the management of projects or programmes.
2 years'' experience in people management.

Duties

Coordinate and manage several projects under one programme.
Align projects with organisational strategy and objectives.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Communicate progress and risks to senior management.
Support and guide project managers to ensure consistent delivery.
