We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of projects that drive strategic change and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programmes aligned with organizational strategy.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
Establish governance frameworks and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and benefits.
Mentor and support project managers and teams to achieve excellence.
Facilitation Skills
Travelling Required

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in programme or project management (7+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
Relevant degree and professional certifications (MSP, PMP, pr PgMP)
