Programs Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Programs Manager to lead complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead multiple engineering and mobility projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation. Monitor project performance, costs, risks and overall progress. Manage project scope and ensure customer requirements are achieved. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing. Drive project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure project profitability, accurate documentation and contract compliance. Support tendering, project costing and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary project interface. Minimum Requirements Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or similar). 4 to 6 years Project Management experience. Minimum 2 years Mechanical or Industrial Engineering experience. Experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of PMBoK or similar Project Management methodologies. Advantageous Experience within the defence, military or protected mobility industry. Experience with land vehicle development or manufacturing. Knowledge of full product lifecycle management. Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or General Management.
