My client in the construction and engineering industry is seeking an experienced Project Accountant based in the West Rand. This role is ideal for a detailâoriented finance professional who can manage project costing, support site teams, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen financial controls across largeâscale infrastructure or engineering projects. The Project Accountant will play a key role in budgeting, cost tracking, and ensuring the financial health of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project accounting and cost control
Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure
Prepare project financial reports and variance analyses
Support project managers with financial insights
Oversee billing, WIP, and revenue recognition
Ensure compliance with financial and procurement processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting
3-5 years experience in project accounting and costing
Experience on accounting software
