Project Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to project and programme teams operating 
within a structured governance environment. This is a 10 months contract based in Rosebank, JHB.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to project and programme teams. Coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance sessions. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and supporting documentation. Attend meetings and produce accurate, professional minutes. Maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding actions, decisions and deliverables. Support project managers with project plans, schedules and status updates. Maintain project documentation, registers and records in line with governance requirements. Provide document control and ensure project information is appropriately stored and accessible. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project dashboards and reports. Consolidate project information and provide accurate reporting to project stakeholders. Support RAID logs, risk registers, issue logs and dependency tracking where required. Assist with project governance packs and reporting requirements. Monitor project deadlines, milestones and deliverables. Maintain SharePoint project sites and ensure documentation is current. Support project managers with presentations and management reporting. Assist with tracking project budgets and other administrative information where required. Coordinate communication and information flow between project stakeholders. Ensure project administration complies with established governance, processes and standards. Minimum Requirements Qualifications Relevant diploma or degree will be an advantage. Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related qualification would be beneficial. Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in: PMO administration; Project administration; or Project coordination. Experience working within a structured project governance environment. Experience supporting project managers and\/or programme teams. Experience with project documentation, meeting coordination and reporting. Please call us on for more information.
