The Role:

Essential functions:

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the WIP transactions within INFOR
• Open New Projects
• Raise Purchase Orders
• Receipt Project Stock to Projects in INFOR
• Process, Review and Verify Sales Packs
• Resolve processing queries on INFOR
• Support Project Managers with Details on their Projects
• Close Projects on INFOR
• Prepare Jobs for Invoicing
Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Administration certificate
• Financial certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Administration Diploma
• Financial Diploma   

Skills and experience Essential:

• Function related experience: 2-3 years
• Project experience: 2 years
• Other experience:  2 years Financial software experience,
• 2 years Microsoft office experience
