SUMMARY:
An Electrical engineering and automation Company specializing in Industrial system integrations is seeking to employ a project administrator to join their team. The successful incumbent will be based at their Warehouse in Cape Town – Northern Suburbs.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of project budgets and project expenditures.
  • Setup kick-off and post-mortem project meetings.
  • Handle the minute-taking at meetings.
  • Assist with project planning.
  • Keep project calendars up to date.
  • Creating and updating project workflows.
  • Prepare BOM /Q.
  • Assist with quotations / VOs.
  • General Administrative duties as required.

Candidate requirements:

  • Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role +- 2-3 years
  • Experience in Business Administration or related field
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license
