SUMMARY:
DBN000111 – PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR – DURBAN WEST

Purpose of the Job:
To coordinate external & internal resources, ensuring that projects remain within schedule, scope and budget.

Required Qualifications:

Project Management related Diploma/Degree
1-3 years relevant experience within a project management or similar environment and/or industry.
Strong organising and planning skills

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Together with project teams, create and schedule project plans.
Organize both external and internal resources.
Give team members responsibilities and duties, and keep an eye on available resources.
Monitor & track the project and act as a liaison between the contractor teams and the client.
Creating and maintaining documentation
Facilitate procurement, stock control and logistic
General administrative tasks

Behavioural Competencies:

Detail orientated.
Great communication skills
Sound knowledge of project cycle
First class organizing & planning skills
