SUMMARY:
An Electrical engineering and automation Company specializing in Industrial system integrations is seeking to employ a project administrator to join their team. The successful incumbent will be based at their Warehouse in Cape Town Ã¢Â€Â“ Northern Suburbs.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Keep track of project budgets and project expenditures.
Setup kick-off and post-mortem project meetings.
Handle the minute-taking at meetings.
Assist with project planning.
Keep project calendars up to date.
Creating and updating project workflows.
Prepare BOM /Q.
Assist with quotations / VOs.
General Administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role +- 2-3 years
Experience in Business Administration or related field
Matric / Grade 12
Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license
