SUMMARY:
Project Administrator will be responsible for the effective coordination and administration of projects, with a strong focus on project control, document management and administrative support.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Coordinate project administration, schedules, timesheets and related activities. Monitor and control project documentation, ensuring accurate electronic and hard-copy filing. Perform weekly project administration, analysis and reporting of variances. Maintain document control in line with ISO standards and company requirements. Manage documentation on company systems and client third-party document control portals. Provide general administrative support and coordinate project meetings. Prepare project shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) \/ NQF Level 4 5 years project administration experience Experience within an engineering environment Strong document control and systems administration skills Excellent organisational and administrative skills Key candidate focus: Project Administration | Document Control | Systems | Engineering Environment.
