RecruitPro Solutions is recruiting a Project Administrator on behalf of our esteemed client, an engineering company based in Pretoria. This is a junior, support-level position ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build their career in project administration within an engineering environment.

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient coordination and administration of all projects on an ongoing basis.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient project control by timeously receiving site documentation, and conducting weekly analysis, evaluation, and reporting of variances Coordinate activities required for projects, including implementation of procedures, scheduling, and timesheets Develop, manage, and control relevant project documentation; create and maintain appropriate hard copy and electronic files Ensure all documentation is managed and controlled in compliance with ISO Standards Perform document control on company systems Attend to general administrative duties, supporting Iritron employees in their daily functioning Professionally organise meetings as required Manage client 3rd-party document control portals Prepare project shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 Project administration experience Experience in an engineering environment advantageous Please note that if you have not been contacted within two weeks that your application has been unsuccessful.
