Job Title: Project Architectural Technologist

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Salary: From R35K to R65K based on qualifications, skills & experience.

POSITION INFO:
The opportunity. You can use your excellent design skills to take a big career step up. Enjoy strong team support while you learn to lead important building projects smoothly. Your work will improve team efficiency and ensure all our clients stay completely happy. Job Description Manage project planning and ensure the team meets financial targets. Lead the design process from early concepts to final construction. Audit team Revit models to maintain high drawing quality standards. Run site coordination meetings and write clear project letters. Work closely with consultants and help them perform well. Handle important contract duties like payment certificates and claims. Build friendly relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. What You Need to Apply A Degree or National Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology. Active registration with SACAP as a Professional. Between seven and twelve years of relevant architectural experience. Strong skills in authoring and managing complex Revit models. Previous experience running large projects and leading a small team. Excellent written communication skills for writing project emails and letters. Good positive attitude, willingness to learn & being a team player.
