SUMMARY:
Our external client based in JHB-CBD is looking for a Project Assurance Analyst with extensive proven Work Package management and project management experience.

POSITION INFO:

Education & Qualification

Undergraduate qualification in a relevant IT Discipline.
Proven working experience in project management, strong in planning and scheduling.
3-5 years working experience in Work Package management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge digitisation in the workplace.
Familiarity with mining and mining concepts, practices and procedures

Role Responsibilities

Assist the in planning and scheduling Audit Actions
Across all audit findings manage the work execution,
Build and manage the end-to-end action plan to closeout audit findings, and monitor/report progress. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them to meet audit action deadlines.
Support strong adherence to the internal audit management process
Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders to closeout findings
This role is focused on supporting the Governance Team to implement action plans to close out audit findings as agreed with internal and external auditors.
