SUMMARY:
A well-known International Process Equipment Company requires the above to assist and work closely with Project Managers within the Project Division to Design and Build, Supply Contract Installations of Solid/Liquid Separation Equipment, Process Engineering and Water and Sewage Treatment Providing solutions to Customers within the Industrial, Municipal Water and Municipal Wates Water Industries.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil or Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent Project or Construction Management experience.
The successful candidate must have strong Math, Trigonometry and Geometry skills.
The successful candidate must have excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Projects, AutoCAD or MathCAD, Inventor and other windows applications, is essential.
The successful candidate must be dedicated to see a project through to completion.
The ability to work well with others and multi-task, must be detail oriented and well organized.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English with good communication skills.
F.E. licensed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Communicating with customers on scheduling and equipment requirements, assisting Project Managers on various projects.
Co-ordinate Internal and External resources to fulfil contractual project requirements.
Co-ordinating entire projects or sub-sections as assigned by the Project Manager.
Executing projects from bid to Completion Certificate.
Preparing costing for budget and firm proposals.
Reviewing designing drawings, interacts with Design Engineers to ensure design meets Client expectations.
Creates and executes Project work plans, revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Assisting the Project Manager in updating and ensuring that milestones are met.
Update Project Manager and Project Secretary at weekly meeting on the status and progress of each project.
Co-ordinates with Project Managers for proper re-sourcing on projects.
Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
Accurately forecasting revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
