SUMMARY:
Project Controls Manager required in DRC

POSITION INFO:

Project Controls Manager required in DRC for a contract position

To manage the project control resources, (Cost Controller, Cost Estimator, Planner/Scheduler, Document Controller).
Develop Work Breakdown Structure
Establish project budget
Responsible to develop the Project Plans (project controls, cost controls, and schedule risk analysis, cost estimating, Information Management Delivery, document control)
To support the Project Managers, and the Project Director, with progress reporting, including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification, and opportunities improvement.
Timely and accurate monitoring, prediction, and reporting of cost-earned value management, planning, forecasting, and project financing.

Qualifications:

20 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in French and English.
Able to relocate, or to do frequent trips to Kinshasa, DRC.
Conducts business activities in an honest, forthcoming manner and follows through on commitments.
Proficient in Project Controls software such as Primavera, at Risk, or other risk analysis software for schedule and cost.
Experience in large-scale hydropower projects highly regarded.
